In this discussion, we hope to address the following questions/themes:

1. What are the spiritual roots of the ecological crisis? What historical forces have led us to this point? What might it take to shift our civilizational momentum and change course before we face an unprecedented catastrophe?
2. What does it mean to live in Deep Earnestness in our times? Why does living authentically in this time of great change require spiritual maturation and courage to take on problems that seem insurmountable?
3. How the environmental movement must evolve as we move from a movement dedicated to fighting against “industrial era threats” to new and emerging threats unique to the digital era?
