Stories the Land Holds for Us

February 21 @ 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm EST

Join us on Wednesday, February 21st for Cai Quirk’s workshop Stories the Land Holds for Us.

Cai Quirk (they/them or ey/em) is a trans and genderqueer multi-disciplinary artist who focuses on the intersection of gender diversity throughout history, its erasure, and contemporary reclamation and restoryation.

Every inch of our planet has tales whispered by the winds, carved by the rivers, and imprinted in the heart of every tree. Let us share the wisdom that nature carries, understanding how the land itself has lessons to impart about resilience, diversity, and interconnectedness. So many queer stories have been erased through time and oppression, but they are not lost forever; the Earth wants us to remember. As we journey through these tales, we’ll uncover nature’s invitation to recognize the deep spiritual truths ze has been whispering to humanity for eons.
